My first professional home run was hit at Sapporo Dome. I've accumulated so many hits in this stadium over the years. My success at Sapporo Dome has formed the foundation of my baseball career.

I can count on one hand the number of happy or good things that I remember; I've experienced far more disappointment as a baseball player. However, the reason I was able to get back up and become stronger each time was because of the experiences I had here.

My first time watching a game at Sapporo Dome was the opening game of the 2019 season! I'll never forget that game-winning walk-off home run! I've been going a few times a year since becoming a working adult, and it was great to see a walk-off win again the other day.
My first time at Sapporo Dome was amazing because everything felt so new and exciting, and I'm looking forward to seeing if the new stadium will give me the same feeling!

"I'm going to make a name for myself even though I was drafted in the later rounds." In the minor leagues, I always practiced and played games dreaming of pitching on the mound at Sapporo Dome. Thanks to that, I was able to receive the 'Sapporo Dome MVP' award, which helped me grow significantly as a baseball player.

The first professional baseball game I ever saw live was a Fighters game at Tokyo Dome during a school trip in junior high. And it was the day of the "I'm Retiring This Year" batting demonstration! I think it was inevitable that I would become a Fighters fan. The new stadium is just around the corner, and I'll continue to support the Fighters!

The Fighters taught me the joy of baseball.
The feeling of excitement when entering the seating area from the concourse at Sapporo Dome is priceless.

I've been with the Fighters for 14 years, ever since I joined the team. I still vividly remember my first at-bat at Sapporo Dome and the cheers I received from everyone in Hokkaido. It's thanks to this place that I fell in love with Hokkaido, and that Suginol made his debut. Hokkaido is huge! Coming soon...

I grew up with the Fighters and Sapporo Dome. Just like a baseball game, life has its ups and downs, its laughter, tears, and anger. I was able to keep going because of the Fighters. Thank you, Sapporo Dome. I look forward to continuing to work with the Fighters.

This was a memorable game as the Fighters achieved their 500th win since relocating to Hokkaido.
I will never forget Iiyama's miraculous game-tying three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning with two outs, which was his first professional home run, and Takaguchi's walk-off hit in extra innings!!!

My fourth-grade child joined a youth baseball team this year, and our whole family has become completely engrossed in baseball.
Usually, the kids stay home while we watch baseball games, but this year we all eagerly went to watch together.
Seeing the excited faces of the children made me incredibly happy!

Naoki Miyanishi (pitcher)

It's a place where I've experienced both joy and disappointment. Overall, it's where I won my first championship, so I have many good memories there. My first game of 50 consecutive appearances started here, and I was able to set a record there. My entire professional career began at Sapporo Dome. That's the kind of place it is.

I always got excited for the opening game.

My first experience was when I was in elementary school. I went to Sapporo Dome by invitation.
Because it had just been relocated, Sapporo Dome was dominated by the colors of the visiting team.
Before I knew it, I was immersed in so many different colors.

October 1, 2014, was Makoto Kaneko's retirement game. I will never forget this view from the Skybox seats, a view I wish I could have watched forever.

It was the stadium where I felt most comfortable playing defense. It was a field where I felt secure. It holds all my memories, both joy and regret. In the 2016 Japan Series, we returned to Sapporo Dome after two straight losses, and the momentum shifted, allowing us to win the championship. We were really pushed forward by the fans' cheers.

I've loved baseball ever since my son was born, and I've continued to go watch games. The Fighters were the reason my son also became a baseball fan.

I usually only get to go to away games, so going to Sapporo Dome was like a trip for me ✈️ All my summer vacation memories are at Sapporo Dome! I'm looking forward to cheering on my favorite players again with my family and friends at Escon Field next time!

When I was in elementary school, I used to cheer at Sapporo Dome with my brother and family. I remember how happy I was when Shinjo joined the Fighters, and how entertaining his performances were!
With him back as the big boss, I've started watching baseball again this year, and every day has become more enjoyable.

In 2003, I played a game at Sapporo Dome and hit a walk-off single. I wasn't in the starting lineup, and I was thinking that if things continued like this, I wouldn't be able to play here next year, but I managed to get the hit. Sapporo Dome made me realize that I had to work even harder. Coming to Hokkaido and seeing so many fans cheering me on made me feel that becoming a professional baseball player was the right decision.

I used to have no interest in professional baseball, but the reason I've come to love baseball and the Fighters so much is because of the family that is "players and fans," and the home that is "Sapporo Dome."
Thank you for always welcoming me so warmly.

I'll never forget the scene after the Fighters secured their place in the Japan Series, when both the Nippon Ham Fighters and the Rakuten Golden Eagles hoisted manager Katsuya Nomura, who was stepping down as manager of the Rakuten Golden Eagles at the end of the season, onto their shoulders in celebration.

This is the place where my career as a professional baseball player began, a special stadium where I started and ended with a championship in Japan. I loved that mound.

My first appearance as a professional baseball player was at Sapporo Dome, before the team was established in Hokkaido. Furthermore, I was fortunate enough to have my retirement game there, allowing fans to see me play many times. It's a place where I myself grew as a player.

Atsunori Inaba, General Manager

I think it was around 2006 that the Inaba Jump gradually became popular among everyone. I think I was able to play until I was 42 because of that support. It's my best memory, and I'm incredibly grateful for the encouragement I received. Fans came to the right field stands to cheer me on too. It was so much fun playing at Sapporo Dome.

Sapporo Dome is a place full of memories where I was able to meet so many people and see so many smiles from the people I love. I can't thank Sapporo Dome enough for all the experiences it gave me.

My whole family has been Fighters fans since I was little. A trip to Hokkaido meant we could go to Sapporo Dome! It was a huge event that I was so excited about.

Inaba's retirement game
I finished work and rushed from far away, arriving at the dome in the 7th inning (lol).
Luckily, I made it in time for Inaba's final at-bat (^_^;)
The vibrant red glow sticks at the retirement ceremony, just like at a live concert, and the final Inaba Jump that all the fans in the dome did together—it's a memory I'll cherish forever!

I've been a fan since 2020.
I've seen times when there were very few spectators during the pandemic, and times when we couldn't shout loudly, but the atmosphere was filled with the passion of many fans. Whether we won or lost, whether there were many people or few, cheering until the very end was the only thing I could do!
