1. Those who purchase and use tickets are deemed to have agreed to abide by the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPBA) match viewing contract terms and conditions.
2. Please be sure to check the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" before purchasing or using the service.
3. Spectator tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, damaged, etc.).
4. Duplication of this ticket and use of any copies or photographs of this ticket are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in denial of entry.
5. We will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from tickets that have been resold or transferred in ways not approved by the team, and we may refuse entry to such tickets.
6. Each ticket is limited to one per person and is valid only for the specified date and time, if any.

Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled due to force majeure.
2. Details regarding refunds in the event of an event being cancelled due to force majeure will be announced on the team's official website.
   Also, the refund period and method will vary depending on how you purchased your ticket.
   (Tickets marked "Invitation" or "Non-refundable" are non-refundable.)
3. Even if the event is canceled or postponed, travel expenses will not be compensated.

To prevent danger, the following items are not permitted on the premises:

1. Bottles, cans
2. Dangerous items (guns, knives, fireworks, firecrackers, dangerous drugs), items that may cause inconvenience to other customers (items that give off a strong odor, items that make loud noises, etc.)
3. Large baggage that exceeds the area of your seat (carry-on bags, suitcases, musical instruments, etc.)
4. Pets (excluding assistance dogs)
5. Flags, banners, trumpets, drums, money, whistles, etc. that are not specified in the cheering rules
   • However, this does not include cheering squads that have been approved for registration by the "Professional Baseball Organized Crime Exclusion Council."
6. Any items that the organizer determines to be a nuisance to other customers, a danger, or an impediment to the progress of the event or facility operation and management

Re-entry is permitted. Please collect your re-entry ticket at the gate when you temporarily exit. The following actions and entrance are also prohibited:

• Use of duplicates, copies and photographed admission tickets.
• Entering the venue without your face visible (face paint, full-face helmet, headgear, etc.)
• Those who are significantly intoxicated
• Other people who are subject to refusal of admission as stipulated in the "Game Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions" and people who the organizer deems appropriate to be refused admission

• Cheering using trumpets, drums, bells, whistles, other musical instruments or similar items.
• Use of paper tape, confetti, and rocket balloons (jet balloons).
• Use or display of cheering goods or cheering boards that exceed the sizes listed below.
  Display area: Within 60cm height x 60cm width (including flagpole)
  • When displaying the sign, please be considerate so as not to interfere with the viewing of other customers, and please use and display it while holding it yourself.
• Group cheering that involves organizing the spectators or leading the cheering of the spectators.
  • Some of the above does not apply to groups (supporting squads) that meet the conditions set out in the "Special Cheering Permission Regulations" as a sub-regulation of the "Game Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions" unified across all 12 baseball teams and have obtained a cheering permit.
• Any cheering method other than those listed above that the organizers deem to be disruptive to other spectators or the progress of the match.

To ensure that everyone can watch the event in peace, the following actions are prohibited:

• Occupying a seat other than that designated by the official ticket.
• Loitering or watching in areas other than designated areas (aisles, stairs, entrances, evacuation facilities, etc.), sitting in or reserving a spot.
• Standing up from your seat to watch and cheer.
• Any act that may disrupt the match, such as using flashes, beams, or similar objects.
• Entering the grounds or other prohibited areas.
• Watching the game with an umbrella or parasol, or using a tent in the outfield grass seats is prohibited. (This not only blocks other people's views and negatively impacts the viewing environment, but is also extremely dangerous as it could lead to ball-hitting accidents. Please wear a poncho or raincoat when it rains, and a hat to protect yourself from the heat. Umbrellas designated as official support goods by each team may be used.)
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) outside designated areas
• Unauthorized business activities (selling goods, taking photographs for commercial purposes, scalping, distributing flyers, conducting surveys, etc.)
• Throwing objects (throwing objects into the spectator seats, on the ground, on the concourse, etc.)
• Placing objects on railings, fences, etc.
• Running inside and outside the stadium. Running to the front of the stands during practice, during games, after games, and during events.
• Making calls on mobile phones, etc. within the audience area.
• The use of tripods within the stadium (including seats).
• Use of your own desk and chair.
• Use of bicycles, unicycles, roller skates, skateboards, or other items that may obstruct passage.
• Use of fire within the stadium.
• Violent behavior (abusive language, threats, extortion, intimidation, violence, etc.), and damage or destruction of facilities and equipment.
• Intimidation, coercion to act or omit to act, violence, or other acts that cause inconvenience to other spectators, managers, coaches, players, team or stadium personnel.
• Acts of soliciting money, goods, or other benefits from other spectators in relation to securing seats, cheering, watching, etc.
• Entry into the grounds, throwing objects into the seating, concourse or grounds, climbing or hanging from fences, railings, handrails, nets or fire hydrants, leaning over onto the grounds, and other actions that may endanger the life, body or property of oneself or others.
• Any act that goes against the instructions of the team or stadium officials.
• Any other behavior that is deemed to be a nuisance, dangerous, or that interferes with the progress of matches, events, or facility operation and management.
• Taking pictures for purposes other than commemorative photography or personal viewing, such as live streaming or long-term recording of audio or video on the internet or other media that can be viewed by an unspecified number of people, without the permission of the organizer

• The size of the mats that can be used in the outfield grass seats is up to 8,000cm² per person (e.g. 80 x 100cm).
• Strollers are allowed inside the stadium, but please fold them up and place them in your seat. Please also make use of the stroller parking area set up next to the entrance gate. (Please be sure to take any valuables with you when leaving your stroller. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs in the stroller parking area.)
• Please be careful of foul balls, home run balls, thrown balls, broken bats, etc. Please pay close attention to the direction of the batted ball.
• If you are injured by a ball or other object during practice or a game, we will provide first aid, but we will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries. If you are injured, please notify a nearby security guard or staff member.
• Please hand over any foul balls to the nearest security guard or attendant.
• We ask for your cooperation in separating and collecting garbage.
