Nippon Professional Baseball, the Central Baseball League, the Pacific Baseball League, and the 12 teams that make up each league have revised part of their "Game Spectator Agreement" and will implement a new sub-regulation, the "Regulations for Taking, Streaming, and Sending Photos and Videos." Starting February 1, 2025, this will apply to all professional baseball games, regardless of whether they are official games, exhibition games, first-string or second-string. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Match Viewing Contract Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions stipulate matters concerning spectators attending games hosted by Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Team") and parties authorized by the Team to hold game-related events (hereinafter referred to together with the Team as "Organizers"), with the purpose of ensuring the smooth running of games and the safety and peace of mind of spectators in watching the games.

2. In these terms and conditions, the meanings of the following terms shall be as set forth in each item, unless it is clear that they have a different meaning from the context.

(1) "Baseball park" means a stadium where a game is played, and "Baseball park manager" means the entity that manages and operates the stadium.

(2) "Game" means the annual league championship game in professional baseball, unofficial games, games involving controlled players other than participating players, and other games.

(3) "Game Viewing Contract" means a contract regarding admission to the stadium on the date, time and place stated on the ticket and viewing the game in the seat or place specified by the ticket.

(4) "Admission ticket" means a ticket issued by the organizer or a person commissioned by the organizer for entering the stadium and watching the game.

(5) “Authorized ticket” means a ticket obtained by a person wishing to attend a match from the organizer or a person designated by the organizer, or from a third party without violating the provisions of Article 4. It does not include tickets obtained in any other manner, tickets from which a sub-ticket has been detached, tickets that have been punched, or other tickets as separately specified by the organizer.

(6) “Employees of the Organizer” means officers and full-time employees of the Organizer, as well as contract employees, part-timers, casual employees, dispatched employees, and other persons who are under the direction and supervision of the Organizer, as well as security guards, related persons of the stadium management, and other persons who provide services for the Organizer under a contract, commission contract, or other agreement.

(7) “These Professional Baseball Terms and Conditions” means these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions regarding watching games established by teams other than the Team that belong to the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, and includes the Special Cheering Permission Regulations and the Rules for Taking, Streaming, and Transmitting Photographs, Videos, etc., which are subordinate regulations, including the Special Cheering Permission Regulations and the Rules for Taking, Streaming, and Transmitting Photographs, Videos, etc., unless the context clearly excludes them.

Chapter 2 Spectator Agreement

Article 2 (Contract Formation)

A match viewing contract will be established in accordance with these terms and conditions when a person wishing to watch a match obtains a legitimate admission ticket.

2. Those who hold an official ticket may enter the stadium and watch the game in the designated seat or location in accordance with the terms of the official ticket, these terms and conditions, and any conditions announced in advance by the organizer.

3. When entering the stadium, spectators must present their official admission ticket and go through the ticket gate in the manner specified by the organizer. After entering the stadium, spectators must retain the stub of their official admission ticket until they leave the stadium, and must present it if requested by organizer staff, etc.

4. Details regarding admission tickets and admission will be determined in accordance with Article 7 and separately by the organizer.

Article 3 (Reasons for Refusal of Sale)

The organizer will not sell tickets to any person who falls under any of the following items. Furthermore, if such person obtains a ticket themselves or through a third party, regardless of the reasons listed below, the organizer may refuse entry to such person in accordance with Article 6.

A person who belongs to an organized crime group or a similar anti-social group (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group, etc.") as defined in Article 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of May 15, 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member, etc.")

(2) A person who has not yet passed five years since he/she ceased to be a member of an organized crime group, etc.

(3) A person who has an organizational or business relationship with an organized crime group, etc. or a member of an organized crime group, etc., or who belongs to an organization that has such a relationship.

(4) A person who provides funds or other benefits to an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group, or who has a close relationship with such a group that is not socially acceptable.

(5) Any person who acquires an admission ticket with the intent of violating Article 4.

(6) Any person who has been sentenced to a fine or more severe punishment in connection with an act in violation of Article 4 at a game (including those not sponsored by the organizer), an act within a baseball stadium or its controlled area, or an organized cheering activity, and for whom five years have not yet passed since the date of the final judgment.

(7) A person who, either personally or through a third party, purchases more tickets than the limit per person separately set by the organizer (in the case of a group, this applies to all members of the group).

(8) Any person designated as a person subject to denial of sales pursuant to Article 11

(9) Any other person whom the organizer determines to have reasonable grounds for not selling tickets to.

Article 4 (Prohibition of Resale, etc.)

No person may allow a third party to resell tickets (including resale via internet auctions) or obtain tickets by other means without the permission of the organizer. However, this does not apply to cases where the resale is based on a special relationship such as with family, friends, business partners, or similar parties, and is not for profit or business purposes.

Article 5 (Prohibited Items)

No person may bring the following items into the stadium unless permitted by the organizer:

(1) Firearms, swords, fireworks, firecrackers, poisonous drugs, and other dangerous items

(2) Anything that gives off a strong odor, emits a volume that interferes with spectators' viewing, or is likely to interfere with other spectators' viewing in any other way.

(3) Bottles, cans, iceboxes, and similar items

(4) Pets and other animals (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.)

(5) Items intended to secure excessive seats

(6) Other items separately designated by the organizer or stadium manager.

2. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the preceding paragraph, the organizer may request spectators to open their bags, pouches, and other items and present their contents upon entry, and may conduct baggage inspections.

Article 6 (Entry Refusal)

The organizer may refuse entry to the stadium to any person who falls under any of the following items.

(1) Anyone who does not possess or present a valid ticket

(2) A person who falls under any of the reasons for refusal of sale in Article 3

(3) Any person who attempts to bring in prohibited items as specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1, or who does not comply with baggage inspection as specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2.

(4) Any person who violates or is likely to violate any of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 8.

(5) A person who is significantly under the influence of alcohol

(6) A person who interferes with or is likely to interfere with the smooth progress of the match.

(7) Any person who engages in or is likely to engage in any conduct that significantly interferes with the viewing of the event by other spectators.

(8) Any other person whom the organizer deems appropriate to refuse entry.

Chapter 3: Spectating

Article 7 (Entry and Exit)

Spectators may enter the stadium from the time set by the organizer, and when the game ends, they must follow the instructions of the organizer's staff and leave the stadium promptly.

2. When watching a match, all persons must comply with the following Articles and Article 9, as well as any other precautions set out by the organizer from time to time, and must also comply with any instructions given by the organizer's staff, etc.

Article 8 (Prohibited acts)

No person may engage in the following acts without the permission of the organizer:

(1) Occupying seats other than those designated by the official ticket, or loitering or watching the game in aisles, stairways, entrances, etc.

(2) Reserving unreserved seats or standing areas that are not necessary for one's own viewing of the match.

(3) Any act that may disrupt the match, such as using flashlights, beams of light, or similar objects.

(4) Damaging stadium facilities and property

(5) Selling goods, advertising, conducting surveys, distributing flyers, or other similar activities

(6) Intimidation, coercion to act or omit to act, violence, slander, or other acts that cause inconvenience to other spectators, managers, coaches, players, organizers and their staff, retailers, or other stadium personnel.

(7) Soliciting money or other benefits from other spectators in relation to securing seats, cheering, watching the game, etc.

(8) Intrusion onto the grounds, throwing objects into the spectator seats, concourse, grounds, etc., climbing or hanging from fences, dugouts, barriers, handrails, nets, etc., leaning over onto the grounds, or any other act that may endanger the life, body, or property of oneself or others.

(9) Entering the grounds, back screen, or other restricted areas

(10) Banquets, parties, gambling, mahjong, and other activities that are inappropriate for watching a match.

(11) Raising voices and making noise outside the stadium

(12) Violating the rules regarding stadium management established by the stadium manager or the precautions posted at the stadium or announced by other means.

(13) Any act that may interfere with or threaten to interfere with the smooth progress of the match or the enjoyment of other spectators.

(14) Using tickets for criminal purposes

(15) Chasing balls or any other actions that may cause harm to other spectators, regardless of the reason.

(16) Any act that violates the regulations for taking, distributing, or transmitting photos or videos, or the instructions of the organizer’s staff.

(17) Jointly committing, instigating, or assisting in any of the acts specified in this paragraph

2. Anyone who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph (in the case of an organization, all members of that organization; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) or anyone who the organizer's staff or other persons determine to have reasonable grounds for similar violation must present identification, a photograph of their face, and follow any other instructions given by the organizer's staff or other persons.

Article 9 (Cheering)

No person may engage in any of the following cheering activities while watching a match without the permission of the organizer.

(1) Support using trumpets, drums, gongs, flutes, or other musical instruments or similar items

(2) Cheering using flags, banners, or other items that may interfere with other spectators' viewing of the game.

(3) Group cheering by organizing spectators or leading the cheering of spectators

(4) Any other support method designated by the team.

2. When cheering at a match, everyone must observe the precautions set out by the organizer from time to time and follow the instructions of the organizer's staff, etc.

3. The criteria and procedures for the permission under paragraph 1 of this Article will be determined separately by the Club.

Chapter 4 Measures against violations

Article 10 (Expulsion)

The organizer will require any spectator who falls under any of the following items to leave the stadium during the game or at any other time. However, if the spectator promptly resolves the reason for their removal and the degree of inconvenience to other spectators is deemed to be minor, the organizer may postpone the removal.

(1) If the reason for refusal of sale in Article 3 applies to the person.

(2) If any prohibited items as stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 1 are brought into the stadium.

(3) If any of the reasons for refusal of admission as set forth in Article 6 apply to the person.

(4) If you violate any of the prohibited acts set out in Article 8.

(5) If a person or organization that has obtained a license under Article 9 acts outside the scope of the license or in violation of the conditions attached to the license.

(6) Failure to comply with instructions from the organizer's staff, etc.

(7) If the organizer determines that there is any other reason for expulsion that is equivalent to any of the preceding items.

2. If the organizer deems it appropriate for spectators to leave the premises and they do not do so despite being requested to do so by the organizer's staff, the organizer may report the spectators to the police or take measures to urge them to leave to the extent that it deems appropriate.

Article 11 (Designation of persons subject to denial of sales)

If the Organizer determines that a person has brought in any prohibited item as specified in any of the items of Article 5, Paragraph 1, violated any of the prohibited acts as specified in any of the items of Article 8, Paragraph 1, engaged in any of the prohibited cheering acts as specified in any of the items of Article 9, Paragraphs 1 and 2, or otherwise violated these Professional Baseball Terms and Conditions, or made a false or misleading statement in any procedure related to these Professional Baseball Terms and Conditions (or a member of an organization if the person who committed such an act is such an organization), the Organizer will designate such violator (or a member of an organization if the violator is such an organization) as a person subject to refusal of sales as specified in Article 3.

2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, if the violator belongs to a support group, the organizer may, depending on the circumstances, designate the members of that group, as well as members of other groups that belong to the same federation as the group in question, and persons who were members at the time of the violation, as persons subject to refusal of sales as set forth in Article 3.

3. If a person falling under Article 3, items 1 to 7 and 9, belongs to a supporting organization, the organizer may, depending on the circumstances, designate members of that organization, members of other organizations that belong to the same association as that organization, and anyone who has belonged to the same organization or association at the same time as the person in question as persons subject to refusal of sales under Article 3.

4. If the organizer determines that a person has engaged in collective and continuous acts in violation of any of the items in Article 5, Paragraph 1, any of the items in Article 8, Paragraph 1, any of the items in Article 9, Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 2, and the organizer determines that such acts are malicious, the organizer will designate the violators and anyone belonging to the group as persons subject to refusal of sales as specified in Article 3.

5. The Organizer may designate any person who has violated these Professional Baseball Terms and Conditions multiple times, has received a suspended sentence or a heavier sentence, and for whom five years have not yet passed since the date of the finalization of the trial, as a person subject to refusal of sales as stipulated in Article 3.

6. No one may raise any objection to the organizer's decisions under the preceding five paragraphs.

7. Anyone designated under paragraphs 1 through 5 of this Article must submit identification, a photograph of their face, and follow any other instructions given by the organizer’s staff.

8. If the Organizer determines that an individual designated under paragraphs 1 through 5 of this Article has reflected on their actions and there is no risk of them violating the said provisions in the future, the Organizer may revoke the designation after consultation with the Professional Baseball Organized Crime Exclusion Council.

9. If the Organizer deems it necessary in order to make a decision regarding the lifting of the designation under the preceding paragraph, it may set a period of observation for a specific match or a specific period of matches, and may make it a condition that spectators and supporters behave well during that period.

Chapter 5. Admission Fee Refunds, etc.

Article 12 (Admission Fee Refund)

In the event of refusal of admission under Article 6 or expulsion under Article 10, admission fees will not be refunded.

2. In addition to the above, the conditions and details for admission fee refunds will be determined separately by the organizer. However, regardless of the reason for the refund, admission tickets other than official admission tickets will not be refunded.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

The organizers and stadium management shall not be liable for compensation for the following damages suffered by spectators, except in cases where the damage is attributable to the organizers, their staff, or stadium management.

(1) Damages resulting from home run balls, foul balls, or other activities during games, fan service, or practice.

(2) Damage caused by riots, disturbances, or other acts of other spectators

(3) Damage caused by stadium facilities

(4) Damage caused by the actions of spectators that are in violation of these terms and conditions, other rules established by the organizer, or instructions from the organizer's staff.

(5) Damages caused by refusal of entry as provided for in Article 6 or expulsion as provided for in Article 10

(6) In addition to the above, any damages incurred within the stadium and its controlled areas while watching a game.

2. In the case of the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the scope of compensation to be borne by the organizer or stadium manager shall be limited to direct damages such as medical expenses, and shall not include lost profits or other indirect or special damages. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the intentional or gross negligent acts of the organizer, its employees, or stadium manager.

3. Spectators must always keep a close eye on the whereabouts of practice balls, home run balls, foul balls, balls thrown in for fan service, etc., and must take sufficient care to avoid any damage to themselves.

Chapter 6 Other

Article 14 (Details)

Other details regarding viewing the match will be determined separately by the organizer.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute between a spectator and the organizer regarding a match viewing contract, the court of first instance shall be the district court or summary court in the location of the organizer's head office, depending on the amount of the claim.

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions

Article 16 (Effectiveness)

These terms and conditions shall come into effect on February 4, 2010 (Heisei 22).

2. These terms and conditions may be revised by the organizer even during the period of the annual Federation Championship Matches, and the revised terms and conditions will apply to match viewing contracts for matches held after the effective date of the revision.

Article 17 (Actions before these Terms and Conditions come into effect)

If an act performed prior to the effective date of these Terms and Conditions would fall under the provisions of Article 11, Paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 if these Terms and Conditions were applied, the Organizer may, pursuant to Paragraphs 1 or 2 of the same Article, designate that person as a person subject to refusal of sales as set forth in Article 3.

Special Support Permission Regulations

Based on Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions for Watching Games (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions"), the Club has established the following special rules regarding cheering (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules").

Article 1 (Purpose)

(1)

These regulations set out the standards and procedures for permitting organized or led group cheering by spectators (hereinafter referred to as "cheer squad-style cheering").

(2)

Except as provided for in these regulations, the Club will not permit cheering in any manner stipulated in any of the items of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (Permit application)

(1)

Any group wishing to support the team in a cheering squad format must submit a permission application form in advance to the team and obtain permission from the team.

(2)

Any organization applying for permission under the preceding paragraph must fill out the application form prescribed by the Club, state the following items, have the representative sign and seal it, and submit it to the Club.

(3)

If an organization applying for permission under this Article belongs to a union organization, said organization must submit to the Club a document stating the names of each cheering group that makes up the union organization, the names of the officers of the union organization, and any other information requested by the Club.

(4)

Any organization applying for permission under this Article must submit to the Club, along with the application form, a written statement confirming that none of the members of the organization fall under the provisions of Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions, that they will abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and these Regulations, that they will not be involved in cheering for more than one team at the same time, and that each member of the organization will act with the awareness that they are a role model for the general public.

(5)

An organization applying for a permit under this section shall not make any false statement or omission in the permit application, any attachments to the permit application, or any other related documents.

(6)

If, after an application for permission under this Article is filed, any change occurs to any of the matters set forth in the application for permission or its attachments, the organization must promptly submit such change in writing to the Club.

(7)

The Club may, from time to time, prescribe detailed rules for the procedure for applying for permission under this Article.

Article 3 (Personal information)

(1)

The lists and other personal information obtained in connection with these regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Lists, etc.") will be used to determine the reasons for Article 3 of these terms and conditions regarding the organization, to understand and manage the support situation, to implement these terms and conditions and regulations, and for other related purposes.

(2)

All information contained in the rosters, etc. will be used jointly by the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, the leagues and teams that make up the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, and stadium managers in connection with games in which they are involved, within the scope of the purposes of use set out in the preceding paragraph.

(3)

Except as otherwise permitted by law, the Club will provide the list, etc. to security companies and other parties necessary to achieve the purposes of paragraph 1, including the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, the leagues and clubs that make up the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, stadium managers, and third parties commissioned by the clubs or stadium managers.

(4)

In addition to the provisions of this Article, the Club will manage the roster, etc. in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Regulations separately established by the Club.

Article 4 (Permission)

(1)

Based on the application for permission under Article 2, the Club will grant permission for cheering squad-style support to organizations that do not fall under any of the items in Article 5 and that the Club deems appropriate to allow cheering squad-style support based on the requirements and procedures set forth by the Club.

(2)

An organization applying for permission under Article 2 shall not provide or offer to provide money, goods, or other benefits to employees of the club in connection with the application process, or engage in any other conduct that may call into question the fairness of the application process.

(3)

With regard to groups that fall under the circumstances set out in Article 5, the Club may permit such groups to use the cheering squad method of cheering if the Club deems it appropriate, taking into consideration the timing of the occurrence of the circumstances, the content of the circumstances, the status of the members in relation to the circumstances, and all other circumstances.

(4)

When the club deems it necessary for the purposes of paragraphs 1 and 3, it may grant permission on a trial basis to organizations that apply for permission to use the cheering squad system for specific games or games during a specific period.

(5)

Permission under paragraphs 1 and 3 will be granted for a specific period for each year of the federation championship matches.

Article 5 (Reasons for Ineligibility)

(1)

Any organization that falls under any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain permission under Article 4, Paragraph 1. An organization to which a member that falls under any of the items in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions belongs or has been involved in the past or present; An organization to which a member that has been ejected from a game hosted by the Club or a party other than the Club belongs or has been involved in the past or present; An organization to which a member that has violated or is likely to violate any of the items in Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions belongs or has been involved in the past or present; An organization to which a member that has not complied or is likely to not comply with the conditions set by the Club or the instructions of Club staff, etc. belongs or has been involved in the past or present; An organization with members that support multiple teams simultaneously; If the organization in question belongs to a consortium, and if an officer, employee, manager or other person in a similar position of the consortium in the past or present falls under any of the items in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions; If the organization in question belongs to a consortium, and if an officer, employee, manager or other person in a similar position of the consortium in the past or present violates or is likely to violate any of the items in Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions If the organization in question belongs to a consortium, the organization is one in which an officer, employee, manager or other person in a similar position of the consortium has been ejected from a game hosted by the club or a party other than the club. If the organization in question belongs to a consortium, the organization is one in which an officer, employee, manager or other person in a similar position of the consortium has not complied with, or is likely to not comply with, the conditions set by the club or the instructions of the club's staff. In light of the actual cheering situation of the organization, the state of the organization, and all other circumstances, the organization is one in which it cannot be deemed to be cheering sincerely at games or actively cooperating with the management of the club's games. Other organizations for which there are reasonable grounds for not deeming it appropriate to allow cheering squad-style cheering.

Article 6 (Conditions for permission, etc.)

(1)

The Club may impose any conditions it deems appropriate on the permission under Article 4, either at the time of granting the permission or thereafter.

(2)

When the Club deems it appropriate, the Club will reserve seats in specific areas for organizations that have received permission under Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as "Permitted Organizations") to the extent the Club deems appropriate in order to ensure that the organization's cheering is carried out smoothly and in an orderly manner, and will also permit cheering as provided for in Article 9, Paragraph 1, Items 1, 2 or 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

(3)

The Club may freely change the conditions of paragraph 1 of this Article and the content of the permission in the preceding paragraph as appropriate.

Article 7 (Revocation of Permission)

(1)

If it is discovered that a licensed organization falls under Article 5, or if a licensed organization or its members have violated these terms and conditions or these regulations, or if the Club deems it necessary, the Club may revoke the license or suspend the validity of the license for a certain period of time, even during the license period.

Article 8 (Nature of Permission)

(1)

Decisions regarding permission under Articles 4, 6, and 7 are at the Club's sole discretion, and no person has the right to receive permission under these regulations. Furthermore, no person may raise objections or dispute the granting or revocation of permission, the content or conditions of permission, or any other matters related to such permission under these regulations.

(2)

The Club will not provide any notice of reasons for its decisions regarding permission, etc. based on Articles 4, 6 and 7.

Article 9 (Professional Baseball Anti-Gangster Council)

(1)

When the Team deems it necessary, it will make a decision on granting permission, etc., pursuant to Articles 4, 6 and 7 after consultation with the Professional Baseball Organized Crime Exclusion Council.

Article 10 (Compliance with regulations, etc.)

(1)

Licensed organizations and their members must be aware of their role as cheering leaders and role models for the general public, and must avoid conflicts with managers, coaches, players, organizer staff, vendors and other stadium personnel, as well as other cheering groups and spectators, actively cooperate to ensure the smooth progress of the game and the safe and peaceful viewing of the game by other spectators, and strive to cheer in a way that will gain the understanding of spectators who do not belong to the organization in question.

(2)

Licensed organizations and their members shall not provide or offer to provide money, goods, or other benefits to employees of the club, or engage in any other conduct that may cast doubt on the fairness of the application of these regulations.

(3)

The Permitted Organization and its members must not abuse the authorization granted under these Regulations or engage in any conduct that could be suspected of abusing the authorization.

(4)

A licensed organization must ensure that its members comply with these terms and conditions, as well as these regulations and the conditions of the license granted under these regulations.

Article 11 (Consultations and Reports)

(1)

Upon request from the Club, the Permitted Organization shall report on the organization's methods of cheering, the nature of the cheering, the participation of its members in cheering, and other matters, and shall consult with the Club regarding methods of cheering, etc., and shall actively cooperate with the Club in order to achieve the objectives of these Terms and Conditions and Regulations.

(2)

If a Permitted Organization finds that a Member of the Organization falls under any of the circumstances set forth in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions or has violated Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions, the Organization must promptly report the facts to the Organization in writing.

(3)

In addition to the two preceding paragraphs, the licensed organization must report on any matters requested by the club in the manner requested by the club.

Article 12 (Relationship with these Terms and Conditions)

(1)

These regulations shall constitute part of these Terms and Conditions.

(2)

Terms defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings defined in these Terms and Conditions in these Regulations, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Based on Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions for Watching Games (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions"), the Club has established the following special rules regarding cheering (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These regulations set out the standards and procedures for permitting organized or led group cheering by spectators (hereinafter referred to as "cheer squad-style cheering").

2. Except as provided for in these regulations, the Club will not permit cheering in any manner stipulated in any of the items of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 (Permit application)

Any group wishing to support the team in a cheering squad format must submit a permission application form in advance to the team and obtain permission from the team.

2. Any organization applying for permission under the preceding paragraph must fill out the application form prescribed by the Club, include the following information, have the representative sign and seal the form, and submit it to the Club.

(1) Name of organization

(2)Representative name

(3) Contact information for the organization

(4) Number of members (including those who regularly participate in the cheering squad-style support; the same applies below)

(5) A list of members' names, addresses, and contact details

(6) Support Form

(7) Other matters requested by the club

3. If an organization applying for permission under this Article belongs to a federation, said organization must submit to the Club a document stating the names of each cheering group that makes up the federation, the names of the officers of the federation, and any other information requested by the Club.

4. Any organization applying for permission under this Article must submit to the Club, together with the application form, a written statement confirming that none of the members of the organization fall under the provisions of Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions, that they will abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and these Regulations, that they will not be involved in cheering for more than one team at the same time, and that each member of the organization will act with the awareness that they are a role model for the general public.

5. An organization applying for a permit under this Article must not make any false statements or omissions in the permit application, any attachments thereto, or any other related documents.

6. If, after an application for permission under this Article is filed, any change occurs to any of the matters set forth in the application for permission or its attachments, the organization must promptly submit such change in writing to the Club.

7. The Club may, from time to time, prescribe detailed rules for the application process for permission under this Article.

Article 3 (Personal information)

The lists and other personal information obtained in connection with these regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Lists, etc.") will be used to determine the reasons for Article 3 of these terms and conditions regarding the organization, to understand and manage the support situation, to implement these terms and conditions and regulations, and for other related purposes.

2. All information contained in the rosters, etc. will be used jointly by the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, the leagues and teams that make up the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, and the stadium managers in connection with games in which they are involved, within the scope of the purposes of use set out in the preceding paragraph.

3. Except as otherwise permitted by law, the Club will provide the Register, etc. to security companies and other parties necessary to achieve the purposes of paragraph 1, including the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, the leagues and clubs that make up the Nippon Professional Baseball Organization, stadium managers, and third parties commissioned by the clubs or stadium managers.

4. In addition to the provisions of this Article, the Club will manage the roster, etc. in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Regulations separately established by the Club.

Article 4 (Permission)

Based on the application for permission under Article 2, the Club will grant permission for cheering squad-style support to organizations that do not fall under any of the items in Article 5 and that the Club deems appropriate to allow cheering squad-style support based on the requirements and procedures set forth by the Club.

2. An organization applying for permission under Article 2 shall not provide or offer to provide money, goods, or other benefits to employees of the Club in connection with the application process, or engage in any other conduct that may call into question the fairness of the application process.

3. With regard to an organization that falls under the circumstances set forth in Article 5, the Club may permit such organization to use the cheering squad method of cheering if the Club deems it appropriate, taking into consideration the timing of the occurrence of the circumstances, the content of the circumstances, the status of the members in relation to the circumstances, and all other circumstances.

4. When the Club deems it necessary for the purposes of determining paragraphs 1 and 3, it may, on a trial basis, permit organizations that apply for permission to use the cheering squad method of cheering, limited to specific games or games during a specific period.

5. The permission under paragraphs 1 and 3 will be granted for a specific period for each year of the Federation Championship Match.

Article 5 (Reasons for Ineligibility)

Any organization that falls under any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain permission under Article 4, Paragraph 1.

(1) Organizations to which a member who falls under any of the items in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions has belonged or been involved in the past or present

(2) An organization to which a member who has been ejected from a game hosted by the Club or a party other than the Club has belonged or been involved in the past or present.

(3) An organization to which a member who violates or is likely to violate any of the items of Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions has belonged or been involved in the past or present.

(4) An organization to which a member who does not comply or is likely to not comply with the conditions set by the Club or the instructions of the Club's staff, etc., has belonged or is currently involved in the past or present.

(5) An organization with members who support multiple baseball teams at the same time

(6) If the organization is part of a federation, the past or present officers, employees, managers, or other persons in similar positions of the federation fall under any of the items of Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

(7) If the organization is part of an alliance, any organization in which a past or present executive, manager, or other person in a similar position of the alliance violates or is likely to violate any of the items of Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

(8) If the organization is part of a consortium, any of the organization's officers, employees, managers, or other personnel in a similar position has been ejected from a game hosted by the Club or a party other than the Club.

(9) If the organization is part of a consortium, the officers, employees, managers, or other personnel in similar positions of the consortium will not comply with or are likely to not comply with the conditions set by the Club or the instructions of the Club's employees.

(10) An organization that cannot be recognized as sincerely supporting the game and actively cooperating with the team's game management, taking into account the actual situation of the organization's support, organizational status, and all other circumstances.

(11) Any other organization for which there are reasonable grounds for not being able to approve cheering in the cheering squad format.

Article 6 (Conditions for permission, etc.)

The Club may impose any conditions it deems appropriate on the permission under Article 4, either at the time of granting the permission or thereafter.

2. When the Club deems it appropriate, the Club will reserve seats in specific areas for organizations that have received permission under Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Permitted Organization"), to the extent the Club deems appropriate, in order to ensure that the organization's cheering is carried out smoothly and in an orderly manner, and will also permit cheering as provided for in Article 9, Paragraph 1, Items (1), (2) or (4) of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Club may freely change the conditions of paragraph 1 of this Article and the content of the permission in the preceding paragraph as appropriate.

Article 7 (Revocation of Permission)

If it is discovered that a licensed organization falls under Article 5, or if a licensed organization or its members have violated these terms and conditions or these regulations, or if the Club deems it necessary, the Club may revoke the license or suspend the validity of the license for a certain period of time, even during the license period.

Article 8 (Nature of Permission)

Decisions regarding permission under Articles 4, 6, and 7 are at the Club's sole discretion, and no person has the right to receive permission under these regulations. Furthermore, no person may raise objections or dispute the granting or revocation of permission, the content or conditions of permission, or any other matters related to such permission under these regulations.

2. The Club will not provide any notice of reasons for its decisions regarding permission, etc. based on Articles 4, 6 and 7.

Article 9 (Professional Baseball Anti-Gangster Council)

When the Team deems it necessary, it will make a decision on granting permission, etc., pursuant to Articles 4, 6 and 7 after consultation with the Professional Baseball Organized Crime Exclusion Council.

Article 10 (Compliance with regulations, etc.)

Licensed organizations and their members must be aware of their role as cheering leaders and role models for the general public, and must avoid conflicts with managers, coaches, players, organizer staff, vendors and other stadium personnel, as well as other cheering groups and spectators, actively cooperate to ensure the smooth progress of the game and the safe and peaceful viewing of the game by other spectators, and strive to cheer in a way that will gain the understanding of spectators who do not belong to the organization in question.

2. Licensed organizations and their members shall not provide or offer to provide money, goods, or other benefits to employees of the club, or engage in any other conduct that may cast doubt on the fairness of the application of these regulations.

3. The Permitted Organization and its members shall not abuse the authorization granted under these Regulations or engage in any conduct that could be suspected of such abuse.

4. A licensed organization must ensure that its members comply with these terms and conditions, these regulations, and the conditions of any license granted under these regulations.

Article 11 (Consultations and Reports)

Upon request from the Club, the Permitted Organization shall report on the organization's methods of cheering, the nature of the cheering, the participation of its members in cheering, and other matters, and shall consult with the Club regarding methods of cheering, etc., and shall actively cooperate with the Club in order to achieve the objectives of these Terms and Conditions and Regulations.

2. If a Permitted Organization finds that a Member of the Organization falls under any of the circumstances set forth in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions or has violated Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions, the Organization must promptly report the facts to the Organization in writing.

3. In addition to the preceding two paragraphs, the licensed organization must report on any matters requested by the Club in the manner requested by the Club.

Article 12 (Relationship with these Terms and Conditions)

These regulations shall constitute part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Terms defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings given to them in these Regulations unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
