Held again this year at Escon Field! "Parent-Child Summer Camp 2024" - Enjoy it without bringing anything!

Escon Field Hokkaido will be holding a camping event for families, which was a huge success last year, on August 2nd (Fri) and 3rd (Sat).
There will be plenty of fun events, including a special Stadium Tour, barbecue, campfire, and hot spring bath! All participants will receive an original camping hat as a gift.
Plus, there might be a special commemorative gift this year! A rare opportunity to camp on the Escon Field! Come and make wonderful summer memories with your family.
Furthermore, the proceeds from the summer camp will be used to expand the children's facilities within HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE.

Children are defined as those between the ages of 4 and 18.
Participation is not permitted for those under 18 years of age.
Up to 4 people can participate per group/tent.
Tents and mattresses are provided. You can take your sleeping bag home with you.

Long-sleeved shirt, long pants

Towels, bath towels (available for rent for an additional fee)
Amenities (toothbrush, cup, etc.)

Writing utensils (for homework)
Insect repellent spray, etc.
Please bring your own chairs and other furniture as needed.

How to apply for the lottery

STEP2	Lottery results announcement: June 19th (Wed) We will send an email notifying you of your application status to the email address you registered when you applied.
STEP3	settlement Payment instructions will be included in the notification email regarding your win. Please complete the payment by the specified period. We only accept credit card payments.
STEP4	Final notice sent The email address you registered when you applied will be used to send an email. We will send you a final confirmation email. On the day of the event, please come according to the information provided in the final instructions.
	Additionally, special package tours went on sale at H.I.S. Co., Ltd. on Wednesday, June 5th! If you are coming from outside Hokkaido and wish to participate, please consider using this plan as well. Those who were not selected in the lottery may still be selected through a waiting list. If you are selected through the waiting list, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
