The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters are seeking a Strength & Conditioning (S&C) specialist to improve player performance and prevent injuries.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working in the baseball and sports industries, meet the following conditions, and pass the initial document screening. Applicants will then be invited for an interview and practical skills test.
| Recruitment duties | We are looking for a few staff members for the "Strength & Conditioning" position. |

| Work system | In principle, work schedules will follow the team schedule (depending on the team's workload, this may include working on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and night games). |

<Desired Candidates> ・Applicants must have at least one year of experience working in a team or organization and be able to work in accordance with the team's policies. • Someone who can communicate effectively to collaborate with various team members and stakeholders. ・Someone who is always eager to learn and can accept new methodologies and knowledge. <Required skills, qualifications, and experience> Applicants should have a broad background in physical education (including exercise physiology, biomechanics, functional anatomy, sports medicine, sports coaching, and athletic training), and hold a master's degree or higher (or be expected to hold one), or possess equivalent experience or qualifications. ・Individuals holding NSCA-CSCS, JATI-ATI, or equivalent qualifications. <Desired skills, qualifications, and experience> ・Those who possess a JSPO-AT (or ATC) or equivalent qualification. ・Those with experience coaching high-level athletes, including university, corporate, professional, and Olympic athletes. • Candidates with experience in S&C (Strength and Conditioning) work for a baseball team. • Individuals who possess the ability to process and organize physical data, and to appropriately interpret and explain various pieces of information. |
