The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters held their "Fighters Field Club" children's support project for a total of three days from Wednesday, December 25th to Friday, December 27th. They invited a total of 245 children attending after-school clubs in Kitahiroshima City to F Village.

This program, which was first held during the summer holidays of 2024, aims to provide children who spend their long holidays at after-school clubs with opportunities for field trips that transcend grade levels, thereby raising their awareness of food education and various professions.
After participating in a tour of KUBOTA AGRI FRONT, the children listened to a nutritionist's talk about nutrition at the F Village staff cafeteria "FLATTO," and also participated in a quiz where they had to guess ingredients while discussing them at their tables. This deepened their knowledge of agriculture and their interest in food education.

They also visited the team's office, where a representative child shared their impressions with the staff. They also had the opportunity to ask the staff questions about Escon Field, which they had prepared in advance at their after-school club.

The participating children shared comments such as, "I was able to see behind the scenes of Escon Field, which I visited for a baseball game," "I was nervous during the company visit, but I thought I'd like to work here," and "The (special) menu in the cafeteria was delicious, and although the quiz was difficult, it was fun."
At Fighters Field Club, we will work in collaboration with partner companies and local governments to develop businesses centered on food education that contribute to the diverse choices and growth of children who will bear the future of the community.
The operating expenses for this project are funded by the "Fighters Fund".
The Fighters Fund supports Sports Community (SC) activities, such as creating an environment where people can enjoy sports, supporting someone's challenge, and giving energy and vitality to society through sports.
You can make a hometown tax donation to Kitahiroshima City through "Fighters Hometown Tax," which specializes in handling return gifts related to the Fighters and F Village.
