Starting March 4th (Wednesday) as part of the "PRE-SEASON GAMES," the renowned soup curry restaurant "GARAKU" will open at Escon Field Hokkaido.
What makes "Soup Curry & Roux GARAKU Esconfield Store" unique is that, in addition to the soup curry that is synonymous with the GARAKU brand, you can also enjoy rich and flavorful roux curry that utilizes the knowledge and know-how gained from that brand.
To provide an environment where you can easily enjoy your meal even at a baseball stadium, we have cut the ingredients into sizes that are easy to eat with just one piece of cutlery, specially developed trays that are easy to eat from in the stands, and provided a small number of high tables around the store. We are working to ensure that you can enjoy the same great taste of GARAKU's soup curry.
We are currently developing original menu items that can only be found here in the world, so please keep an eye out for what we'll be doing after we open.

What is "GARAKU"?

Founded in 2007, GARAKU revolutionized the soup curry world with its unique style, combining a rich, flavorful broth with a secret blend of spices and Japanese-style dashi. It has expanded internationally, including locations in Thailand and Vancouver, and is a leading gourmet brand representing Hokkaido.
The soup is characterized by its rich umami and mellow flavor, achieved by carefully preparing over 30 kinds of ingredients and adding a Japanese-style broth slowly extracted from several kinds of natural ingredients. More than 20 secret spices, emphasizing "aroma and freshness," are added in four stages to finish the soup. The vegetables used are mainly from Hokkaido, and the flavors of the ingredients add color to the dish.
