<Parent-Child Camp 2026 POWERED by HONDA> will be held!

Escon Field Hokkaido will be holding a camping event for families on September 26th (Sat) and 27th (Sun). The popular sports day from last year will be held again this year!
Furthermore, all participants will receive an original cap as a gift!
Please join us with your children to create wonderful memories.
Furthermore, the proceeds from the parent-child camp will be used to expand the children's facilities within HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE.

Lunch will not be provided, so please eat beforehand.

Adults: 25,000 yen, Children: 15,000 yen

Children are defined as those between the ages of 4 and 18.
Participation is not permitted for those under 18 years of age.
Up to 4 people can participate per group/tent.
Tents and mattresses are provided. You can take your sleeping bag home with you.

<What you need>

Long-sleeved shirt, long pants
Change of clothes
Swimsuit
Towels, bath towels (available for rent for an additional fee)
Amenities (toothbrush, cup, etc.)
flashlight
Insect repellent spray, regular medications, etc.

Please bring your own chairs and other furniture as needed.
Swimsuits are required when using the co-ed areas (hot springs and sauna) at tower eleven onsen & sauna. They are not required if you are only using the indoor bath.

How to apply for the lottery

STEP1	Application period: June 19th (Fri) - July 3rd (Fri) <Application Form> https://apply.hkdballpark.com/form_entry/oyako-camp-2026
STEP2	Lottery results will be announced from July 8th (Wed) to 10th (Fri). Winners will receive a notification email at the email address they registered when applying.
STEP3	settlement Payment instructions will be included in the notification email regarding your win. Please complete the payment by the specified period. We only accept credit card payments.
STEP4	Final notice sent We will send a final confirmation email to the email address you registered when you applied. On the day of the event, please come according to the information provided in the final instructions.

Those who were not selected in the lottery may still be selected through a waiting list. If you are selected through the waiting list, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Precautions

Please note that cancellations are not possible after payment has been processed.
Pets are not allowed to participate.
Media filming may take place.
We will be taking photographs for record-keeping purposes. Please be aware that these photos may be used on the team's official website and social media.
