From June 30th to July 2nd, Otofuke Town will be exhibiting at the WE LOVE HOKKAIDO AREA. We will be selling local products and promoting the town. Please stop by and visit us!
"Indian Manju" uses Indian curry, a soul food of Tokachi. The filling uses beef (e-beef) from Kita no Bokujosha in Otofuke town, and the dough uses Tokachi-grown wheat, making it an all-Tokachi product. We also recommend the mild and refreshing cheddar cheese and the mild and smooth Gouda cheese with its mellow aroma. "Kinako Nejiri" uses "Otofuke Oosodeburi soybeans" from JA Otofuke, and is a confection that brings out the best of the ingredients, offering a rich aroma, flavor, and depth of taste. In addition, the jerky made from the thigh meat of Otofuke e-beef has an exquisite balance of fat and lean meat and pairs perfectly with beer.
