The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters will be holding a special Pokémon-themed baseball game as part of the "Pokémon Baseball Festa 2026 ~30 Years of Memories in a Ball~".
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the release of "Pokémon Red and Green." As a special project to celebrate Pokémon's 30th anniversary, Pokémon has teamed up with the 12 professional baseball teams to hold special Pokémon-themed games at each stadium. In addition, original merchandise featuring Pikachu wearing the team uniforms and each team's "partner Pokémon" will be sold, and special events will be held for the smartphone location-based game app "Pokémon GO."
The Fighters' games are scheduled to be held against the Saitama Seibu Lions from August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday) to August 13th (Thursday).
Additionally, from July 28th (Tuesday) to August 23rd (Sunday), an event will be held at F Village where you can meet Pikachu and other Pokémon from the Alola region! There will be plenty of fun activities, including special video screenings and a stamp rally.
Furthermore, starting July 28th (Tuesday), original merchandise featuring Pikachu wearing a Fighters uniform and Vulpix (Alola form), the Fighters' team partner Pokémon, will be available for purchase at the Fighters Flagship Store!

We'll be presenting various special effects, such as pre-game and in-game video feeds and background music, in a special "Pokémon Baseball Festa 2026" version. This is only available for three days, so please look forward to it!
Pokémon GO
On the day of the event, a Pokémon GO Gym and a PokéStop featuring a special image of Pikachu will appear in F Village. You might even encounter Pikachu wearing a baseball shirt, and if you're lucky, a shiny Pokémon!
