About spectator tickets and Escon Field admission ticket
◎Please be sure to check the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" before purchasing or using the service.
◎ Spectator tickets and Escon Field admission ticket will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, damaged, etc.). Reproduction of these tickets and the use of copies or photographs of these tickets are strictly prohibited, and violations will result in denial of entry.
◎We are not responsible for any problems that may arise with tickets for games or Escon Field admission ticket that have been resold or transferred in ways not approved by the team. We may also refuse entry to you.
◎ Spectator tickets and Escon Field admission ticket are limited to one per person, and if a specified date and time is stated, they are only valid for that date and time.

"Escon Field admission ticket"...Tickets that allow entry only
* Diamond Club Seats/Dugout Club Seats also require tickets for children 4 years of age and older (children 3 and under may watch the game on a lap).
A ticket is also required for use of each lounge (DIAMOND CLUB LOUNGE/docomo CLUB LOUNGE/Panasonic CLUB LOUNGE) for guests aged 4 and over.
■Refunds
◎No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled due to force majeure.
◎Details about refunds in the event of a show being cancelled due to force majeure will be posted on the team's official website. Please note that the refund period and method will differ depending on how you purchased your tickets.
(Tickets marked "Invitation" or "Non-refundable" are non-refundable.)
◎Even if the event is canceled or postponed, travel expenses will not be compensated.
