Can you issue a receipt?

You can issue it from "My Tickets" in F-Ticket.

① Access F-Ticket and go to My Tickets in the menu.

② Select the "i" mark in the upper right corner of the ticket information.

③ Select "Show receipt" at the bottom of the purchase details screen.

④ Enter the recipient's name for the receipt, and the electronic receipt will be displayed.
Electronic receipts will only be issued if your payment method at the time of ticket purchase was "credit card" or "PayPay". Purchases made using "Amazon Pay" and tickets purchased through resale are not eligible for electronic receipts.
