The Fighters Baseball Academy will be hosting a baseball clinic for 3rd-year junior high school students, with former Fighters players Makoto Kaneko, Kensuke Tanaka, and Yuya Taniguchi as instructors.
This baseball clinic aims to help players become familiar with hardballs as they take the next step from junior high school softball to high school baseball.
The continuation rate from junior high school baseball to high school baseball is only about 50%, and there are concerns that half of the players end up quitting baseball altogether.
Furthermore, there are few advisors in charge of club activities who have baseball experience, meaning that students are not receiving sufficient basic technical instruction.
This is a valuable opportunity for these children to learn many techniques and ways of thinking from an instructor who boasts some of the best defensive skills in professional baseball.
The program covers everything from the basics to advanced topics, ensuring practical application.
This is a special baseball clinic led by an instructor who is also scheduled to participate in the "FIGHTERS LEGENDS GAME" to be held on Sunday, November 22nd.
This is a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand the instructors' passionate thoughts, secrets, and mindset for victory—things you can only hear now.
